The fully matured White Guavas , each loaded with richness of the fruit, from sorting to sterilization each step has been carried out with precision of extracting the pulp . The white guavas are washed, thawed, pulp extracted, inspected and frozen to -18°C or below. The process ensures that the natural flavor & aroma of the fruit is retained in final product. Guava fruits are amazingly rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, potassium, and fiber. White guava pulp helps to give all natural glossy color to the product, also helps in improving the texture. White pulp guava can be utilized in various chocolate, ice creams, jelly, jams range.
